L20 with NetBackup 4.5

We have the above setup but I can't find a way to get the cleaning tape to come into play. It is in the dedicated cleaning slot - Slot0 - but NetBackup only sees 18 slots - 1 to 18 - instead of 20 when I do an inventory on the robot.

What can I do to gain access to the "missing" slots?

If you want NetBackup to clean the drive then you will have to put it in a standard slot not the reserved one. The reserved slot is if you have the library configured to clean the drives.

Go through the menu on the operators panel. There should be a setting for Auto-Clean
