L20 error when 4th cartridge 1

New installation of refurbished L20
First backup started with Veritas software 8.6
Everything was going smooth when :
At the 4th cartridge, the library stopped and Veritas opened a new window requiring intervention.
In the L20 event log, could read the following :
Error 00. 3E1508 DRV0

Does anybody have any idea of what is happening ?

a bit sketchy, but it sounds as though a tape is stuck or one of the drives is in an error condition and needs reset.

This morning we reset both PC & library and restarted full backup process and it achieved w/o any more pb.
I guess you were right, tape got stuck or smthg similar.
