L2 rings then goes to L1 ?? KXTDA30 /TVM50

Hey There have a customer with KXTDA30/TVM50 , POTS Lines-- installer retired,,i have been asked to change L2 setup it rings then goes to L1 and rings,, not an expert on Panasonic , so before i go there,,does anybody have an idea what changes to make,it seems odd that it was setup this way. Any Tips ???Thks

What do you mean by "L2 rings then goes to L1" please clarify.
Also you may need the Maintenance consoles for both systems, KX-TVM Maintenance console & KX-TDA30 Maintenance console (UPCMC.
