L180 FSC 3094 Reach

I've got an L180 that keeps on coming up with this error. Its had the picker replaced, but after a while this fault comes back. Its got 9840 media in it, is there anything I can do to stop this happening? Is it more than the picker?

This problem can be caused by onr of three things:
1. The gripper assy (It is not to say that the replacement on is good)
2. The Flex Cable connecting to the Gripper Assy.Make sure the plugs are seated correctly.
3. The MPC card (Controller board).
From experience I would go for the Hand assy and the cables first.
