l,jet 4600.blank screen ?

m/c switched on one morning & only rear fan on top runs Not the one at an angle ,m/c does not respond to buttons or any data.& screen is blank . tried disconnecting usb & pressing reset button on side no improvement any suggestions please ... thanks graham

Check the firmware and memory chips. Re-seat them, remove any network cards. Firmwqre may be bad.
