Greetings all,

I learned so much from this forum, but I'm stuck at some point i couldn't find a solution for.

Kindly help me.

I have KXTDE100 in main office connected with another PBX (Alcatel) in another location.

The KXTDE has a V-IPGW16 installed on the virtual shelf and 16-channel VoIP-DSP.

Each PBX is assigned a local network IP and we successfully set the two PBX to cal each other (From Panasonic we call "3" then the extension number of the Alcatel PBX, and from Alcatel we call "**2" which is put to "#" in the speed dial list, and ** is for TIE line, then the Alcatel extension number)

What we need to do now, preferentially from the Panasonic PBX, is two things:

1) Allow any one in the site to use an external CO line from the main office (We tried something like (39XXXXXXXXXX) but it says out of service)

2) Allow an external CO line from office to be transferred directly when it rings to an extension in the other PBX (We tried Tried assigning the CO to ring on an extension in the Panasonic, the made a Forward to a number in the site like this "#701" or "**2701" and both didn't work"

Please excuse me if the information is lake, but it's my first expose to PBX system and i'm responsible for the IT in the company.

A side note: The other site is in the desert so we don't have land lines their, and the network connection is set up using microwave so both sites appear in same network.

Thanks alot for your help.
