Hi Everyone,

I am trying to connect to a KXTDA30 using the maintenance console software, when I connect via USB Windows 7 says found new hardware then says it can't find the correct drivers. After searching this forum and google I have been unable to find any drivers so I was wondering if anyone here knows where I can find them? Alternativley I can anyone tell me the pinouts for the RS232 lead? I believe I won't need drivers for this type of connection. Is there any chance that tehy are the same as the KXTD1232 lead I already have? Thanks for looking.

Regards,
Del

you should have got the driver with the software...
the cable is a nul serial cable, the sane as the td, but a 9 to 9 pin cable

I got drivers for Win XP, Win 2000 and 98 but not Win 7! Thanks for the info at least I can make up a serial cale now.

Regards,
Del

I have just checked. If you are using the latest version of the software then it has USB drivers for Windows7.

While installing the UPCMC,create a folder and copy the USB drivers to that folder.
