KXTDA100 - PRI30 Loosing CO.

I have a site with a TDA100. PRI provided by BT with "THUS" as its carrier.
Now basically at random times all calls drop and if customer immediatly tries to dial out they get "CO Not assigned"

Now The line provider keeps throwing this back at me saying "Its a DUFF BOX" TDA!
They have changed NTE and also the copper pairs to no positive outcome.

My minor error log shows
AIS ALARM
RAI ALARM
MASTER CLOCK LOSS
MASTER CLOCK ESTABLISHED.

Customer is also putting this back on my lap. So to show will I have replaced the ISDN30 Card and also patch lead.

Now would any one else say this is line related????/

are you using them for clocking or the equipment?

Set to Them for clocking.
So my timing it showing the pri card and not set to none

having the same problem here in ireland with eircom and im sorry to say they are right....
i mentioned this topic a few days ago on this board the pri card seams to have an issue after about 6 months in service this seems to popup...3 times now however in my case removing the card and moveing to another slot fixed the problem

have you given that a try if not then do it might sort it
