KXTDA - KXTDE SLT Extension Issues

Hi Guys,

Would anyone have any ideas what I can do to stop both a KXTDA 200 and a KXTDE 100 the MSLC 16 port SLT cards extensions stop working.
The last Extensions seem to be going faulty every few months.
I change the cards send them for Repair and a few Months later same issue reappears with the different card.

On the KXTDA 200 I moved the cards to new slots on the system to see if the issue moved with no surprise the issue moved a few weeks later?

Would anyone have any solution to my issues?

Never seen that. Check what devices are connected. Is there power cables running near phone cables causing induction.

Do you have multi devices on those ports

Give full info on the systemm,
How may extensions - Digital, IP, Analog
What PSU size ETC

Operation history - was it working normally before?

If the problem moved when you moved the card to a new slot that sounds like a red flag that something is wrong with your cabling and not the cards.
