Hello. Would anyone out there be able to tell me why my switchboard is very often but not always not picking up 3 digit extention tones when dialing in from outside? Switchboard just keeps saying 'Invalid Entry' or ringing to a totaly differnet extension that was entered by outside party.

KXTDA-200 not picking up extention tones properly

Voicemail sents that info to the PBX.. If you see no issues with transferring calls to ext within the PBX than I would expect the voicemail. You can turn off voicemail and restart to see if that helps or unfortunately replace the voicemail. Good thing there pretty cheap on the used market. TVA 50 or the TVA 200 could be under 200….think the 200 gives you email voice files to your email
