KXTD1232 ringing issue

Hey guys I've got a customer with a 2 cabinet KXTD1232 (rev 101e), & its startin ta piss me off. I just added 2 CO's to the slave cabinet(I have 12 on the master),& I can't get lines 13 & 14 to follow the DIL1:n Day program. When the 2 lines ring, they flash on all appearances except jack 09 (which is the reception station & assigned as MGR & Operator1). On 109, the 2 lines appear like DIL1:1 lines when they ring in. I can set it up as a DIL1:1 & it will ring that way, only trouble is that all lines ring should on 5 stations. Any ideas? The 2 new lines follow the DIL1:n nite program just fine.

If all else fails, try sending the calls to a hunt group with members set to be the 5 phones

maybe your ksus are out of sync.

I have the 2 cabinets talking to each other. (following a different threads advice, I re-synched the cabinets with everything stripped except the link cards). All of the stations work ok & have access to all lines as programmed.
