KXTD1232 PRI

Hey I've been working on a 1232 with a pri 30 module via some dodgy HDSL equipment belonging to Virgin. I get a dialtone but the digits don't send,. So dial 9 get dial tone dial 012345678901 still solid dialtone.

Carrier said it was a system fault but without a harrier I'm not sure how to prove otherwise.

Carrier came out since customer had no call traffic for about a month, seems the issue was theirs although they could make calls and not receive.
