Hi,

Im having a problem programming DDI's to extension numbers for certain DDI's.

We have three DDI's that are affected.

002 - 373 (373 is a phantom extension which rings at 208 and 209)
003 - 374 (374 is also a phantom extension which rings at 208 and 209)
013 - 208 - This rings direct at the extension.

How do I add more members to the group that is created by the phantom extension 373 and 374

Ideally I want to add all extensions to all of the DDI's so that they ring at all extensions. So reprogramming 373 to contain all three extensions and then re-assigning three DDI's to 373

Cheers in advance

by giving a phantom ext button makes you a member. why are you not using ext ring groups starting at fdn 191 ?

This system has already been programmed. This is how it was setup by the past "professional"

I can see what you meant though CWC3. I assigned each of the phantom extensions on a flexible button and now they ring as part of the DDI.

Thank you for your help, most kind.
