kxtd 816 line apperance key flashing but no ring

hi all,

Have a KXTD-816 on BRI trunks , customer is reporting every once in a while, line keys flash but there is no auidble ring, on testing I cant recreate this fault and programming looks fine ...any suggestions?

Are all the numbers programmed in the Ddi table. Could be ringing a number not setup on the system

yes checked that , was thinking delayed ring but all set to immidiate.
