KXTD 500,help me please 1

I need some help if possible.I have coded a call accounting software in persian language,and it works great with kxt308 and 1232,
but I can not get any thing from kx-td500.but some AT command.
Is sending any command needed for getting log form 500 boxes.
(Please don reply like "there is many softwares to do this,I want to create my own) also if some one has raw text of kx-td500 log,please send me!

Don't need any special commands. Check your baud rate and all those settings..flwo control etc.

Raw data looks like this:

18/07/05 09:02AM 1 E245 T20318 1831141495408231 00:00'41

Obviously it doesn't drop down a line, but you should be able to copy it out to notepad and get it looking right.

Also make sure you're using the right cable. Same one from a 1232 should work fine for you.

problem solved.I was using programming port setting for smdr too.
smdr was on 9600bp
I got the text and there is diffrence between this print and 308 -1232 prints.
I must code a smart routine for seprete date time duraion etc on diffrent PBX prints
so thanks
