kxtd 1232 - wirh kxtd 280 isdn bri Cisco router

I connected 1232 with a cisco router trough kxtd 280 2 port ISDN BRI- S0. I can make calls from the router to PBX but not the other way. I connected the ISDN ports as trunks and when I call from Cisco IP phone I can see that the call is comming from line 11. Still I can't access CO11 from any extension from PBX , CO11 it doesn't exist. Can somebody help me?

I am assuming you have told the 1232 were that card is and
that you powered the system on and off!!

Of course, I think I have to validate something but I don't know what. Somebody told me I have to program SPID and DN but I don't know for sure. I told you, when I call from Cisco I can see on 101 buttons that the call is comming from co11. Also on ISDN card I have a note: For some models of KXTD1232 I have to change one switch inside the card but I don't this will change anything. Can you tell me what are the addresses I have to program for ISDN ports (ports as CO).

Of course I do:
The problem was that the pbx was sending the digits one by one and the router was expecting them all together. So the router was always busy (on pbx I had all the time a busy tone on ISDN CO's). I installed on the router an automatic attendant which waits for digits. I don't know if is the best solution but it works. If you know something else I would be glad to hear it.

something else , maybe you can help me. There is some other way for DISA than answering with OGM? I mean when DISA is selected to DIL 1:1 instead of OGM to hear a tone?
