i set the trunk grp to intercept to ext 112 and after several rings it goes to ext 100 dont know why this is happening but need to find out why i had to dil the line 9 and 10 to the ext for it to work forward busy no answer is set to 165 which is the first voice mail port it works when i dil the lines it works fine
