KXTA824 & TVA50

Hello,
I'm newbie to the Panasonic system, and really need your helps.

My friend has a system KXTA824 and TVA50 at his house. It was setup having couple extension and voicemail. But now he would like to have only 1 voicemail (ablen pickup from any extension) and stop the Automatic attendant.

Can someone give me some instruction to turn off Automatic attendant? (from KXTA824 or TVA50?)

and How to create the general voicemail (not belong to any extension)

You stop auto attendant by stop calls ringing in to vm ports

Getting the system to send yo 1 mailbox on the 824 is not easy as there are no groups that can be overflow no answer to voicemail
Best way is to change the auto attendant
Remove options and set no dial option to a mailbox
In aa record message sorry no one is available to take your call please hold if you would like to leave a message then it will go to mailbox in that recording you can say leave a message etc. change no dial timer in AA to lowest time
Then set Ring delay time on calls to AA ports
