i diled three lines to go to a station and recorded a greeting and it works fine when its not answered it goes to the greeting for that mail box now they want the calls to also be able to be picked up at another ext. i set the forward busy no answer to 4 rings and it works when i set up the other phone it lights up but doesnt ring. any ideas thanks in advance for any help.
