KX-TVS80 Voicemail Help

I've been taking care of a KX-TD1232 with a KX-TVS80 voicemail for a customer. We have been changing the custom service menu when adding and removing extensions. I had noticed that one day that there was no more access to the company greeting or Company name in the "modify messages" menu, it just skips them and starts at "To change the department dialing menu press 3......" I've been through the manuals several time and I know this is only available in a TVS80. Why would it disappear from the menu? It still plays when you call in. I either need access to it or need to keep it from playing as it is a new person doing the recordings now and it sounds awkward with two voices. Also is there any way to remove the automated voice that says "Good Evening" or "Good Morning"? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
have you changed anything through terminal. it should not hear good evening or morning greeting if it programmed for company greeting.
