Getting an odd message when trying to access managers box i dial VM #6*998 and hear "you can not access this service" there is nothing connected to console. I have tried 999 with the same result. Console shows "Administrator is locked".

I assume it is time to dump and redo. Before i do this i would like to clear up a question. Init VPS using DIP

2=0
3=1
4=0
Will clear all voice data except user 1 and 2 prompts.
This i assume will keep the AA greetings right?

Try reboot unit first before default unit. It may be showing that someone did not log out the system.

Have you set telephone access to System manager and Message Managers MailBoxes in COS from the System admin program
