KX-TVM50 on TDA200 PBX Control function issue

Had a look around and cant find anywhere on here that answers my question

I have a TVM50 connected to a TDA200, using manual time service change the voicemail goes to its individually programmed CS menus, however when i use the week table and it changes modes automatically the voicemail doesn't kick into the correct CS all the time

Customer has Day Mode 9am - 5pm, from 8:45am - 9am and 5pm - 5:15pm they use break mode to give a different CS menu. The system goes from Day to Break mode fine at 5pm but when it hits 5:15pm for some reason the voicemail plays Day modes CS menu and not the Night mode CS menu as it should

Getting rather frustrating now so any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
check the time table, break mode in auto will always go back to the mode last in, you would be beter setting up day,break and lunch, night set lunch for 5 to 5.15 and in the tvm, set lunch mode with same cs settings as break and make sure you set ddi/dil table to match break as well.

if using lunch for something else, then you will have to get the system to go into night for 1 min before break mode at 5- 5:15 or move the break mode with mouse, you may be able to balance it a bit better
 
Thats sorted it!

Had to shift it to a minute past 5 as using Lunch for Holiday Table
