Kx-tsp

Hi,

I try to do a CTI conection between my Kx-tde100 and Opera software.

I install the Kx-tsp( last version ) and configure the Ip of the pbx and 33333 port and the status still "disconnect"

I do a successful "conection check" but after that still disconnect.

What can I do

Please help me

TSP is done through a Serial Connection not an IP!!

I already have Tsp installed through Ip conection in another client.

So that is not the problem

Have you checked firewall or antivirus on the pc. It may be blocking the service.

Have you checked your antivirus is not blocking the port or Windows firewall

Yes, i already do that.

Somebody said me that "disconnect status" is normal and only is connect when a call is process, so I going to make a test to see what happend
