KX-TES824 SMDR print and Dashboard 1

I have 2 questions regarding KX-TES824 Hybrid System
Q1. How can I get print for call records from PABX using RS232 port?
Q2. Is it possible to store call records in a PC and create a dashboard for PABX system on a local PC attached through RS232 or USB port? (By Dashboard, I mean, Extension monitoring, CO line monitoring, Live data display etc)

A1. Hyperterminal as an easiest method. Check "Feature Guide" for "SMDR" feature. Also there are some applications that can get SMDR-log from Panasonic PABXes and display that log in a convenient way, make different reports etc.

A2. About storing the data - see A1. About dashboard.... Can't really say. You can use one of the applications that I've meant above - they can make some types of reports. But it will not be dashboard in the general sense - it will be just manually (by pressing a button) created reports...
Also You should to know: there is no any real-time data exchange between KX-TE-series PABX and PC.
