I have a customer with a KX-TEA308 that was working fine. They have started having problems with delayed ringing, whereas if an extension is set to ring after 10s it will not ring at all. If it is set to ring immediately it works fine. This appears to be the case on all extensions, they will only ring when set to immediate.

If you test the line with a standard phone. Is the ring burst short or normal. If short with longer pauses between rings, the system could think the call has ended and then see the next ring burst as a new call This will stop the delay timer ever being reached.
Look at the lights on the phone. Does the flashing co light stop flashing for a second or two before starting again
