As a newbie to this site, I am still working out its search ability, so please excuse this question (but still answer again!!!) if its already answered.
I have the stated PBX and VM system installed in a Care Center. The question/problem is that the VM only picks up when you are calling from inside the facility. All calls from outside lines (including transferred calls) do NOT go to VM ever. The phone keeps ringing, and ringing, and ringing.....
Any solution or suggestion would be greatly appreciated as I am at my wits end here. Everything else works perfectly and as it should.
 
have you set call forward both on the phones for busy no answer.

is the out side call ringing in through a group or directly
 
Yes. It is set for busy no answer. There are no groups defined at this time. Only one outside phone line with 29 internal extensions. All routed from the reception desk. The Night mode and day mode work perfectly. The auto attendant transfers calls as well (but not to VM).
 
are you sure it is busy no answer for internal and external calls, *7105vm ext number#

how is 1 line going to reception and to The AA?
