KX-TDE100-Unable to open Tab 4.1.4 (Button Programming)

Working on a TDE100, and I am able to open every tab that I have tried except for 4.1.4 (Button Programming). When I try to open it, I get a screen that tells me: "Not Defined CSV File Cannot be Accessed". I can access 4.1.1, to change name etc no problem, but for some reason I can't get the 4.1.4 tab to open up.

Any suggestions?? I haven't done a reboot...yet, do you suppose that would fix it??

Have you logged into UPMC via Installer level

Can you programme via prog button on handsets

Yes I was connected via the PBX Unified Maintenance Console. All other functions seem to work fine except this one tab. I did not try programming through the sets as of yet. I will try to do this when back onsite.

Never seen that before try to open a new off line file or backup and see if it works. Try to reinstall programming tool
