I have a Panasonic KX-TDE100 with the medium power supply PSLP1433, the power supply with issues.
The problem I am having is the system works fine, however every few hours all the PT phones will power down
for 3 seconds them immediately come back online in 3 seconds. None of the cards reset the lights all stay
green, and even the power supply light stays green. Most times the system will quickly quit and restart
two or three times together, then go hours before doing this again, and again hours later. The red alarm
light does come on after each reset.
The code I get is Error Code 11, Sub Code 10000 Error message DC power down.
Not sure if the alarm circuit is bad, common problem, and if so is there a easy way to bypass the alarm circuit.
