I get message error code E030103 (invalid password or model type error) if I'm trying to login with LAN or RS232C.

I've tried different types of cabinets (TDA100/200, TDA100D), I can ping the IP of the maintenance port (192.168.0.101). The default password is in it, but if I go look straight from the SD card, I can't put in a password for PC programming; is that the source of my problem? How can I edit it if I can't go in in the first place, or put it in from the card?

You can't change it on the Sd card
What system is it. You may have to default the system. But with Sd you can reprogram it as it was

Thanks for the replies...

obtsystems: forgot that since version 5 (I think) you can't do that anymore;

atcom: yeah, I know, I used the tde100/200 profile but tried others out just in case.

Resigned myself to default it and program again manually with two screens side by side. Some kind of bug I guess; I can login again.

Thanks guys
