KX-TDA50G Caller ID

Hi,
We have an issue with caller ID, there are two (4 port)caller ID cards, first four lines are fine we get caller ID on those lines, and added 5th line on second card which does not display ID (only shoes Group ID 601), i have compared all settings of both caller ID cards and are same, checked Port settings, ID is Enabled.
Please help...
