KX-TDA50 V1.1 upgrade

Hello buddies,
I have an offshore client who would like to upgrade his KX-TDA50 V1.1 to version 6.0
How best can i can the upgrade files.

This is a system in the USA and i am a Tech in Eastern Africa.
I just do remote programming to systems hooked up on PCs.

From readings, KX-TDA50 Version 1.0 does not require registration would upgrading this system to a higher version require registration after initialization?

yes first of all if it has a rom id you would have to rereg the system and you dont have a usa dealer id and dealer website access andyou have to bump the system up to the latest with a card reader if you try to do it remotely you could totally pooch the system!! So fugitaboutit!!

I asked a friend/dealer in US to upgrade to Ver5.0
It's all fine now.
