KX-TDA50 Maintenance Console and USB

When i plug the usb into my computer it will not show up in devices. Tried it on another computer too. other USB devices working fine and can add thumb drives so i know its not a hardware issue.

Getting this error EA04203 Cant open USB port

Bad news i cant find the disk for the console...probably need to reinstall it?

You will need to reinstall the driver
Check for Panasonic device in system manager on pc when USB is plugged in

What operating system is your PC?

To install USB driver,
Go to:
> Right click my computer
> Select Device manager
> You will see a yellow icon (missing drivers)
> You will see one with Panasonic USB ...
> Select and >> update driver, this time only.
> Navigate to where you saved the USB drivers & select your corresponding OS.
