KX-TDA50 Can't cease CO Lines by pressing 9

Hello buddies,
My client seen not be able to cease a CO Line by pressing 9 to cease idle line then dial out.However, when they just go off-hook and dial direct direct they are able to call out.

They however prefer to first press 9 to cease a line then dial out.I have looked through the configuration but just can't seem to figure out where the setting lies.

Any guide will be highly appreciated.

sounds like hotline is on or line preference is for co

Hi fellas I have a TDA 100D with same problem. I want to assign 0 button to direct CO line but everytime I press 0 button it redirect me to line 8 which is not my preferred line for my CO. I have 3 CO lines someone give me a code like (Press program+DSS button1+0+CO button) but the problem is my PT DT333 has no CO button. is there any other solution? please I really need help

read my other post put dt333's into icd group 7 = 0 and all will be well
