Hello,

We are using TDA200 PBX. With 1 x BRI4 ,4 x SLC16.
On BRI4 there are 2 ISDN with 99 numbers 81960XX. When we place outgoing call , another side can see correct CALLER ID (ex. 8196020), but when I forward 20 to some external number then another side see CALLER ID 819601 (looks as 1st number from our range).
Wired Extension -> Extension Settings -> Option 1 -> CLIP ID is filled for all extensions as follow 8196010 , 8196011 .. 8196044..
Somebody can help me what I missed to configure , which cause missing CALLER ID when Extension is forwarded?

Thank you.

Hi,
What country? Sounds like a problem between call carriers and not your Pana. Many years ago here in the uk I had this problem when forwarding calls to a french number. I never resolved it. The problem was at carrier level not phone system.

Hello,

Bulgaria is the country, but I think the problem is somewhere in Panasonic , not in Service Provider. I think when FWD is in place PBX not using CLIP ID for certain Extension. If I dial from extension 69 to another size receive 8196069 which is correct , but if I forward 69 to my mobile then I receive 819601 (looks like PXB try to use the CALLER ID by this who call it , because the number is totaly different than our range then PBX use the 1st number from range.
How can I fix this ?

I forwarded ext 68 to 0222222222 and call it from my mobile 0888888888.

2.System / 9. System Options / Option 4 - > Send CLIP of CO Caller to ISDN when Transfer (CLIP of Held Party) - Disable
ISDN/Qsig:

CO -> PBX
Calling Party:
Number= 0888888888
Called Party:
Number= 68

PXB -> CO
Calling Party:
Number= 0888888888
Called Party:
Number= 0222222222

Seem PBX send the num of Calling Party instead of CLIP ID of the extension.

It seems that your PBX does not have features "Send CLIP of CO Caller to ISDN when call is Forwarded to CO ".
Which SW version of PBX do you have?

Regarding all manuals for TDA200 which I found the only option is: Send CLIP of CO Caller to ISDN when Transfer (CLIP of Held Party).
Not sure how to check SW version ,but if you mean KX-TDA MS Maintenance Console it's 3.2.

I think the PBX using Extension CALLER ID from 4.1.1 -> Option 2 -> CLIP ID.
If I change Option 3 -> CLIP on Extension/CO to CO , and then dial somebody then again CALLER ID is not full( display the 1st number from range). If CLIP on Extension/CO is Extension then CALLER is is correct.
In general I didn't see option to setup CALLER ID for CO , the only what I found is for Extension.

I think this is the solution to your problem

Thank you very much , partially working , the problem is that I have range of 99 numbers. Is there some way somehow to take the number of extension ?

You can only send one of the DDI numbers, not the EXT number.
These are the capabilities of the PBX, everything else you have to agree with the provider.
