KX-TDA200 Call forwarding

Hi,

I have very little experience in these phone system, more of general IT. I have been asked to forward all calls to an external number due to factory shutdown. I have gone into Group-Incoming Call Distribution -Group Setting Group LOG Group FWD and Entered the number, but I cant enable forwarding. Its greyed out.
Looked about in COS settings and everything seems to be allowed. Anything else I am missing. Help greatly appreciated.

Depends on the version of software it may not let you on pc programming but use a phone in the group and diall •7141 group number 9 and phone number
