KX-TDA100D Password recovery

Hi,
I have a KX-TDA100D, and the owner cant remember the installer level password, I've been told that i can extract the password if i opened the DDSYS file with Notepad.
i did open i only obtained the Prog** User level, Prog*#: Administrator Level and the Manager Password-PT.
can anyone help me.
