KX-TDA100D direct external line access from 1 extemsion

Hello.
I have an existing TDA100D, working fine, but I need to get from one internal extension, to access one external line when make a call, without "9" before.
Is about the phone in the elevator and when is an emegency, the client touch a button and call for assistance.
The company witch install the elevator preset the number for assistance, but without "9" before.

put that line in its own trunk group ( say group 2) and set the system to hotline/pickup dial to 802 plus phone number
