KX-TDA100 verification code on SMDR

I've got a customer with KX-TDA that is using verification code (Feature: *47* verification code + verification code PIN + 9 + external number), In the smdr output I see that extension number is replaced with the verification code + verification code PIN:

But I saw in another customer with a KX-TDA100 (I did'nt program that PBX) that the verification code (just verification code: 852 code ) is sent in a different field of the smdr output (They use Feature: *47* verification code + verification code PIN + 9 + external number) :

I checked all the programming in: Maintenance --- SMDR and SMDR Options but I dont see any parameter for telling pbx to send the extension number and Vefication code in different fields.

Any Ideas?

have you setup the codes in program 120/121.
*47 does a few things, you could be using user remote extension which will dial as if from that extension, and this will replace extension number in smdr instead of code on the end.

check where you have setup the codes, if set as portable extensions this could be the problem

Yes, the verification codes and the verification code Pin (program 120 and 122) were created, I'm using the feature Verified Code Entry: *47* + verification code + verification code PIN + 9 + external number, In the numbering plan features appears as:

User Remote/Walking COS/Verifaction code: *47

But as I mention about in the KX-TDA where the code is output in a different field (verification code is the number 852 in the record below), they use the same feature: Verified Code Entry: *47* + verification code + verification code PIN + 9 + external number, Here the smdr output:

I'm trying to set another KX-TDA for sending verification code in a different field (column)

I could not see any way of doing that. That is why I thought it was using remote dial. Ring tech support and they should be able to find out
