This is an SMDR snippet from our logs. The 1st line is showing a valid dialed number (1812889990)
From time to time, we'll see a dialed number as in line 3 (50236799) which represents a partial number (incomplete). The 1st 3 digits are a valid area code (502), followed by only 5 digits. What is preventing the display of the full 10 digits?
12/21/12 09:51AM 115 05 18128899990 00:04'28
12/21/12 09:42AM 208 06 <I>5023414100 0'00 00:00'32
12/21/12 09:43AM 115 05 50236799 00:03'13
12/21/12 09:46AM 208 07 <I>5025874000 0'00 00:04'05
NOTE: We also see 7 digit numbers come up, which we can interpret as local numbers, where we can assume the local area code.
Is there a setting to prevent this? Is there a need for an upgrade in hardware, etc?
Thanks
