KX-TDA100 PRI30 not Syncing

I have 2 sites that are connected via a fibre link using a PRI30 card at each end. The card on the master end failed so replaced it, however the link now refuses to sync up. I have checked the settings on the new card and it is set exactly the same as the old. The only difference I can find is that the firmware for the new card is 2.009 and the old card was 1.010

Do the cards on either end need to have the same firmware and if so does anyone know where I can get the newer firmware?

Check position of SW302 ( inside of card) and Termination SW (on the front).
You can test Rx/TX with loopback RJ45 cable, short pin 1 with pin 5 and pin 2 with pin 4.
