Hi,
Hoping someone can help. Just joined a company that has a Panasonic KX-TDA100 and uses a mixture of DECT phones and wired handsets. The DECT cell station is a KX-TDA0142
I've not worked with DECT before (previously Ericsson MD110 non-DECT).
My question is that when an incoming call comes in and is picked up, then the wired handset will stop instantly but any DECT handsets will continue to ring for 1 or 2 times. This means that DECT users will attempt to answer the call and it will be blank as the call has already been picked up.
Is anybody aware of this and have a fix? Or is it just a case that the cell Station is just not updating the handsets quickly enough to tell them that the call has been picked up and is normal procedure??
Any advice\help will be appreciated.
Many thanks
Kevin
