We had phone system sd card crashed and had it fixed . However , the issue we have is that when there is a call on main line with no answer after a few rings AA responses. And when it makes a tranfer to a extention ,that extension voicemail answers isntead of ringing first. We would like to have a extension rings a few first and go to voicemail. Any help would be greatly appreciated .
