I've got an issue where I have installed call recording equipment/software onto a customers Panasonic. There is a particular extension that needs to be excluded from recording which has all been set up.
The problem I have is that the SMDR information is not outputting data when a call is put on hold and the line is picked up by said extension.
Is anyone able to advise whether this is even possible? If so then what config should I be looking at on the PBX?
