KX-TDA Hotel Accounting ? 1

Does anyone know of a call accounting package for TDA systems , ie: check in/out print room bill,
similar to the standard small hotel packages on the TD-816/1232/500 series systems

I have Installed this product at a small Motel, What a nightmare, the USB interface does't work and we got no support from the Company who kept pointing fingers at everyone else ended up uninstalling the software atfer it began locking up the room phones.
this is why I have asked the question.
By the way I have talked face to face with GBS (they are an AUST company) Their Product for KX-TD816-1232 works well but the TDA version is CRAP.

hey don't chomp me I have never put the tda version out
in the field . this is the first bad thing I have heard
about it and will most likely not now that you said
something - .so now i am confused are you a vendor or
an enduser?

this and something like panalog you can get it to work !!

I am a Tech who works for a dealer,
Sorry for the tone I did not mean to have a go at you ,
GBS really got up my nose with the lack of support for the TDA version

I was talking to some people from Pana the other day and they said that they are involved with the development of a hotel application that interfaces via CSTA. Supposedly a lot more stable than USB.
I tried the PSM package from GBS and couldn't get it to do much at all. Although they keep telling me its the computers I try it on..surely 20+ computers can't all be playing up.
Anyway, best to sit tight and look out for this CSTA hotel thingo...

I have installed the HSM on 2 Hotel /Motel apps, using the Lan card in TDA200's, (2.01)works fine no problems except the a delay in connection when they reboot the main reception PC.
Installed in BC Canada
