in my Panasonic Pabx KX TDA 200 model, all the cards are showing green light but bell at some of the extensions in our hotel rooms does not ring

my one card light is green but blinking, does it means its bad, should i change that card?

No that just simply means it's in use. It is also possible to have a bad port coming off that extension card.

It is possible the ring generator is gone on one card.
