Hello All!

I have a client that has the system names above that is dealing with the issue of when a call comes into the system, it will ring the normal amount of times before being sent to the voicemail AA.
once it his that timing, the incoming call will starting ringing on the next CO line like it is a different next caller. I have never seen this one since I started working on the Panasonic lines in 2002.

Ideas?

I think the problem is on the provider's side. Disconnect the system and check CO lines with regular telephones.
