KX-TDA 0193XJ where to punch it?

Hi good people ^_^ our manager buy a KX-TDA 0193XJ for caller ID card. the problem is we don't know were to punch it and what device should be connected to it. we really appreciate if there someone can give some advice or guide on how to. Thanx ^_^
