KX-td816 operator- no ring while off hook

Hello Panasonic gurus, replaced an old super hybrid 816 yesterday.
customer wants only the operator station to ring on incoming calls.
When she is off hook and a new call comes in the co flashes but no ring.
reading and reading the manuals, I'm sure Panasonic calls it something else other than
DND on Busy. but I cant find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Thanks for the input, just went over there, I tried to use Program 99- no go
there is no system program 731, what am I missing? Thanks for helping an old
Tip and ringer.

on phone press intercom 7311 then you will hear a long beep done.
