KX-TD816 Doorphone Speech Volume

Hi, I've got a problem with the KX-TD816, where the doorphone is on a busy and noisy street, and the users say the volume level of the speech is too low. Other than speaking loudly into the handset, and turning up the earpiece volume on the phone, is there any hardware / programming adjustment to increase speech levels to/from the doorphone?

Thanks for the fast reply - I was hoping there might be trim pots on the backplane, like there were on the doorphone cards on the A-Series and DBS! Oh, well...
