KX-TD7896 Program of Flexable Keys

Please help me with the steps to program flexable keys on the wireless KX-TD7896 handset to view caller ID log as well as program extension or outside phone numbers. No problem labeling. Replacing KX-TD7895 phones which have a "program" key on the handset.

KX-TA624 PBX version 5 3CO lines, Caller ID card, 3x8 (24)extensions.
